With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Kathleen Evans of Greenville, North Carolina, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 18, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Margaret Scholl and Paul Otterbein Snoke; her husband Guy Carr Evans Jr. of Greenville, NC; and her siblings, Nancy and Edwin.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Dixon Evans and Guy Carr Evans III; and her grandchildren, Shelley Pierce, James Evans, Paul Evans and Mark Evans. She is also survived by her 13 great-grandchildren.
