She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce House and Mary Pollard House; her former husband Harvey Bennett Hill; her husband James A. Grady; her son Harvey Bennett Hill, Jr.; and her siblings, Annie Bruce Hines, Lucy Oakley, Willis Ruffin House, Eara Lee House and David Wayne House.
She is survived by: her son James "Jimmy" A. Grady, Jr. (Vicky) of Winterville; her daughter-in-law Holly Hill of Florida; and her grandchildren, Torri Hill Childs (Ash) of Florida, Keith Hill (Lindy), Ashly Grubb (Michael) of Greenville, Matthew Lassiter (Brenna) of South Carolina, Jordan Grady of Kenly and Cory Grady of Greenville. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Free Will Baptist Church, 2426 S. Charles Blvd., Greenville, NC 27858.
