He was predeceased by: his parents, Rommie Elgin Brock and Abby Ruth Hammond Brock; his son Darby Stuart Brock; his brother Rommie Hammond Brock; his sister-in-law Carolyn Page Gooch Brock; his sister Ruth Ann Brock Heath; his brother-in-law Woodrow Heath; his niece Glenda Ann Heath Harrington; and his daughter-in-law Catherine Diane Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Clarene Dixon Little Brock; his sons, Stuart Elgin Brock, Jr. and Marshall Lance Brock; his grandchildren, Sydney Elain Brock and Spencer Kane Brock; his sister Catherine Patricia Brock Jones; and his brother-in-law Carl Jones.
