He was predeceased by: his parents, Golda Lee and Jones Hall of Pollocksville; and his sisters, Shirley Hall Hill of New Bern and Myrtle Hall of New Bern. He is survived by: his wife Lyda Gail Daw Hall; his children, Stephen Cashwell Hall, Jr. (Karen Smith Hall) and Stephanie Gail Hall of Cary; his grandchildren, Lauren Paige Scussel of Austin, TX, Randall Clark Scussel, Jr. of Boulder, CO, Stephen Corbett Hall of Kinston and Garrison Smith Hall of Kinston; and his brother Lee R. Hall of Tarboro.
