He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Latimer; his children, Jennifer Erin Allen (Michael Bennici) and Stephen Garrett Allen (Krysta); his grandchildren, Ella Oak Bennici, Wyatt James Bishop Allen and Noah Charles Everett Allen; and his brother Bob Allen (Stacy).
He enjoyed attending the meetings in person and then with Zoom meetings during COVID.
