She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelton Lee Wilkie and Myrtle Lee Harris Wilkie; her daughter Karen Joy Tinsley; her siblings, Bill Wilkie, Don Wilkie, Catherine Lewis and Ina Jane Hendrix; and her grandson Chaz Israel Robinson.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Randall Israel; her daughter Susan Gay Israel Foster; her sister Ethel Greg; her grandchildren, Dorothy Ruth Foster, Janet Katherine Foster, Shelton Lee Tinsley and Amber Breeze Mcalister; and her great grandchildren, Chazlee Tinsley, Arian Tinsley and Addie Joy Tinsley.
