She was predeceased by: her parents, Perlie Austin Reeves and Bertha Holmes Reeves; her husband Edward Franklin Foy; her siblings, Hilda Sibbett, Linda Berckman, Shirley Coleman and Larry Reeves; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Sibbett and Patsy Reeves.
She is survived by: her son Edward Dean Foy; her granddaughter Katelyn Harris (David); her great grandchildren, Bryson and Dalton; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Berckman, George Coleman and Mary Poe Reeves. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
