He is survived by: his wife Rosie Hawkins Taylor; his children, Sammy Taylor Jr., Robert Taylor of Greenville, NC and Lorraine Taylor-Garris of Greenville, NC; and his brothers, William Taylor of Yazoo City, MS, Roger Taylor of Yazoo City, MS and Johnny Taylor of Yazoo City, MS. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
