He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Pete, Virginia and Christine; his parents, James "Kelly" Kee and Jolinda Kee; his wife Robin Collins Kee; his children, Camille Kee Hall (Clay) and Stephen Scott Kee; and his brother James Kelly Kee, Jr. (Melanie). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
