Peele of Robersonville, NC; his children, Frederick Slade (Angela) of Greenville, NC, Jamilia Peele Williams (Clifton) of Mahwah, NJ and LeShonda Peele Lee (Jesse) of Bridgeport, CT; his adoptive daughter Juanita Glenn (Dwayne) of Mahwah, NJ; his grandchildren, Fantasia Slade, Netanel Peele (Peele, Jr.), London Williams, Jesslyn Lee, Letitia Flood, Deja Flood and Rashawn Flood; his great grandchildren, Envie Clark and Landen Harrison; his siblings, Joe Lester Peele of Columbus, OH, Eddie Peele (Victoria) of Farm Life, NC, Timothy Peele (Lynshonda) of Greenville, NC, Alice Slade (Jimmie) of Robersonville, NC and Mary Peele of Greenville, NC; his uncle Curtis Peele; his aunt Eva Hodges; his siblings-in-law, Vivian Whitfield (Mack) of Everetts, NC and Leon Burden; and his godson Roderick Whitfield of Bridgeport, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
