He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mills; his children, Toni Gail Edwards of Grimesland, Brenda Mills Carpenter (Larry) of Bath and Roger Mills, II; his wife Cathi Rogers of Chapel Hill; his sister Becky Underwood (Woody) of Greensboro; and also Edward Rogers of Beaufort. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
