He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edward Lee Saieed, George Saieed (Tiffany) and Gladys Marie Saieed; and his daughter-in-law Paige Miller Saieed. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Saieed; his children, Mary Anne Saieed Powell (Martin) of Mount Olive, Mark Saieed (Andrea Walter) of Greenville, Stephen Saieed of Greenville, Robert Saieed Jr. (Martha) of Greenville and Matthew Saieed (Kelly) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Cameron Saieed, Conner, Cutler, Tayloe, Cruse Saieed, Christian Tew, James Powell III, Maggie Anne Powell, Dillon, Nicholas and Anthony Saieed; and his sisters, Margaruite Zielgler and Teresa Saieed.
A Mass of Resurrection will be held at St. Peter Catholic Church at a future date when permissible by Covid-19 guidelines.
