He is survived by: his wife Sue Stoneham Fornes; his daughters, Melanie Fornes, Stephanie Fornes and Teresa Tyson; his siblings, Joe Tuck, Jimmy R, Dr. Raymond E. and Susan Garverick; and his sister-in-law Mary Frances Leggett. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
