He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Willie Robert Mills; his wife Angela Stokes Joyner; his mother Lydia Joyner; his children, Tyeisha Suggs (Alfred), Sierra Willoughby and Brittany Willoughby; his grandchildren, Algier Suggs, Andrew Suggs, Aubrey Suggs, Karley Willoughby and Brooklyn Sheppard; and his siblings, Cynthia Denise Joyner, Veronica Joyner, Alerico Carmon, Gretha Mills, Kenny Mills and Helen Smith. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
