He was predeceased by: his parents, William George Miller and Grace Leota Haws; his son William "Bunk" Miller; and his former wife Jane Ward Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sandra O. Miller of Greenville; his daughter Bobbie Proctor (Tracy) of Gloucester, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Robert Tra Proctor and Caeli Nicole Proctor of Virginia. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund at Liberty Baptist Church at 1021 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, VA 23666.
