She was predeceased by: her father Frank Smith, Sr.; and her sister Peggy Langley. She is survived by: her mother Beatrice M. Smith; her siblings, Frank Smith, Jr., Dexter Smith, Karl Ray Smith of Stokes, NC, Delores Smith of Stokes, NC and Dian Smith of Greenville, NC; her aunts, Hilda Morgan, Jean Morgan and Mary Spruill; and her close friend Willie Peyton. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
