He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Truemilla Blount of Winterville, NC; his children, Michael Joyner of Winterville, NC, Demond Joyner of Greenville, NC, Phyllis Joyner and Tymeshia Joyner; and his siblings, Bardell Blount of Winterville, NC and Penza Abayomi of Albany, GA. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
