He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Leon Turner and Mattie Lee Turner; and his brothers, Pudding Turner and Ode Turner. He is survived by: his wife Joy Turner; his son Richie Turner of Greenville; his siblings, Earl Baker (Myrtle) of Greenville, Betty Sutton Barwick of Goldsboro and Sandra Taylor (Wayne) of Farmville; and also Elaine Crawley of Greenville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
