He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harris and Ruth Smith Harris; and his siblings, Thomas, Jimmie Harris, Marian McCoy and Thelma Mizell.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, Bambi Doyle (Matt), Ralph M. Harris, II (Neece Wilson) and Amber Harris (Troy Williams); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Tylin, Lily Doyle, Marcus, Kalani, Jazmine, Caleb, Riley Harris, Noah and Hana Williams; and his sisters, Peggy Baker and Charlotte Stocks.
