He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lewis and Katie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lewis; his children, Taylor Montgomery, Cameron Lewis and Kathryn Olivieri (Quauhtli); his granddaughter Victoria Alicia Olivieri Lewis; and his brother Eddie Lewis (Oona). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
