It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Mills McCarter (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 12, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Mills and Pattie Ruth Mills; her grandchildren, Cragmont Retreats and Gospel Singings; her husband Roy E. McCarter; her siblings, Francis Earl Mills and Irene Stancill; her sons, Stacy McCarter (Laura, Joey Weathington) and Kay; her grandchildren, Connor McCarter and Amanda Smith (George) of Kinston; and her sister Anna Kay Mills (Clarence) of Greenville.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Black Jack OFWB Church Building Fund, 2972 Blackjack-Simpson Rd, Greenville, NC 27858.
