With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Smith (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on August 27, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Laura) of St. Louis, MO and Peter (Annmarie); her siblings, Ron and Sue (Bill); her grandchildren, Maddison, Kieffer and Kate Smith of St. Louis; and her great grandchild Farren.
