She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Magdalene Grimes; her godparents, Ben, Jr. and Senia Ray; her grandparents, Asa, Sarah Grimes, Edward White and Lena James; her sister Willamena Grimes; and her brother-in-law Retired MSgt Bennie L. Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter Braggnetta Patrice Reanea of Durham, N. C.; her son-in-law Andre Reid of Durham, NC; her sister Jamesena Moore of Bellevue, NE; her niece Marcia Moore Viklund; her nephew-in-law Mattias Viklund; her great-nephew Max Moore Viklund; and her close friend Henry Short. She is also survived by other relatives, god children and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church (1095 Allen Rd, Greenville, NC 27834).
