He was predeceased by: his father Winfred Morris Roach; and his brother Winfred Allen Roach. He is survived by: his mother Ann Roach; his sister Daphne Cruse (Lester) of Grifton; his children, Gene Roach (Ramona) of Vanceboro and Tracy Dunn (Stephen) of Cedar Island; and his grandchildren, Emily, Matthew, Kelsey Roach, Kylie, Karlie Norman, Kenley and Kendal Dunn. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
