He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Wesley Bellah and Peggy Rose Bellah; and his brother Roger Wesley Bellah, Jr. (Buddy). He is survived by: his wife Belinda Bellah; his children, Mike Bellah, Jr., Richard Bellah (Buddy) and Jessica Rouse; his siblings, Howard Lee Bellah and Sheila Jackson; and his grandchildren, Jayden, Nate and Dawson. He is also survived by Three aunts and several nieces and nephews.
