It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin King of Greenville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Barrett King; his children, Dion Barrett of Atlanta, GA, Brad Taylor of Greenville, NC, Felicia Acree of Norfolk, VA and Lakeisha King of Asheboro, NC; and his siblings, Leon King of Greenville, NC, Clifton Earl King of Ayden, NC, Steven King and Pernell Harville of Winterville, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
