She was predeceased by: her husband Lofton E. Moore; her parents, Joseph Mayo and Mary Mayo; and her siblings, Ollie Mayo, George Mayo and Betty Butts.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Moore (Fay) of Wilmington, Teresa Harris of Greenville, Mary Ellen Goin (Kenny) of Stokes and Betty Clark (Gordon) of Ayden; her son-in-law Johnny Harris; and her close friend Nicey King. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.
