She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fulton Dallas and Evelyn Brown Dallas of Virginia; her husband William Newton Howard (Bill); and her son William N. Howard, Jr. (Busta). She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Howard Bell (Kevin) and Maria Howard Ore; her grandchildren, Margaret Jennette Jernigan (Dustin) and William Walker Jennette (Karson); her great grandchild Madison Elizabeth Jernigan; her brother David W. Dallas (Amelia); her sister-in-law Genola Dallas; and her caregivers, Jackie, Wanda, Dee, Sheila and Andrea. She is also survived by her daughters and her son-in-law.
