She was predeceased by: her brother John Dunlap. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas James Lepera; her children, Thomas Lepera (Angela), Dr. Pamela Lepera and Ann Mary Giaimo (Tony); her granddaughters, Marla of Ashley, TJ and Rachel; her great grandchild Avianna; and her brother James Dunlap. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund is being established for School of Nursing.
