Heath (Jason); her great-niece Morgan Heath; her great-nephew Landon Heath; her cousins, Chris Wilder (Georgann), Sue Wilder and Carol Taylor (Jerry); and her caregivers, Brenda Cade, Gretchen Hite, Tonya Gray, Lacy Cannon and Marilyn. She is also survived by several other cousins and friends.
