Louise S. Stokes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise S. Stokes (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 31, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband J. B. Stokes, Jr.; and her son Roger Stokes. She is survived by: her children, Randall "Randy" Stokes (Carolyn), Richard "Ricky" Stokes (Gwen), Russell Stokes (Terry) and Amanda Stokes Hobgood (Joe); her adoptive daughter Carrie Woodruff; and her grandchildren, Lorie Williams (Sammie), Jeremy Stokes (Susan), Christopher Stokes (Jeffrie "Chippy), Jesse Stokes (Jennifer), Ambre Howell (Pate), Anna Boyd, Haley Jo Modlin (Blake), Alex Hobgood, Zack Hobgood and Christina Woodruff. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many other extended family.
