He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Ferguson and Mattie Ferguson; his wife Teresa Ferguson; his children, Heather F. Pennica (Tony) of Angier and Taylor A. Ferguson of Charlotte; his grandson Peyton Pennica; and his sisters, Evelyn Morrow (Tom), Jane Moore (Ronald) and Jo Daniel (Jed). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
