He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Leaphart (Buddy), Clarence Wells (Kathy) of Greenville, Robert Wells (Linda) of Grimesland and Marvin Wells of Greenville; his uncle Ben Whitehurst; and his close friends, Rhonda Baxter and Sam Pollard. He is also survived by child; five stepchildren; 21 grandchildren.
