He is survived by: his wife Sue Haddock Worthington; his daughter Lindsay Worthington Leggett (Adam); his brothers, Ronnie Worthington (Judy) of Lexington, NC, Jeff Worthington (Karen) of Winterville, Gail Wynne (Jimmy), David Haddock, Bet Haddock, Kathy Tyson and Mike Tyson; and his close friends, Ray, Sylvia Long and Ann Haddock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
