She is survived by: her children, Walter "Curtis" Hodges, Jr. (Amanda) of Christiansburg, VA and Shannon Lynn Hodges; her grandchildren, Mason and Finley Hodges of Christiansburg, VA; her sister Brenda of Tarboro; her former husband Curtis Hodges of Grimesland; her friend Julian Sutton of Greenville; and her pet Dolly.
