He is survived by: his wife Geneva Dunn Braxton; his children, Beverly Braxton and Malcolm Braxton (Corissa) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Peyton Braxton and Briannah Braxton; and his siblings, Betty Jean Eakes, Dorothy Strickland, Nancy Justice, Faye Moore, Brenda Eastwood, Deborah Braxton, Albert Braxton, Kenneth Braxton and Jesse Braxton.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church.
