He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Claxton McLawhorn, Sr. and Elsie Mae Stocks McLawhorn; his sister Shelby Brooks; and his grandson Drew Wright. He is survived by: his wife Judy McLawhorn of Winterville; his children, Tammy Clark (Walter) of Penny Hill, Christy Garris (Jim) of Winterville and Tony McLawhorn (Angie) of Winterville; his granddaughters, Jessica Hayes McLawhorn and Lindsey Chambers; and his siblings, Claxton McLawhorn (Velma) of Ayden, Henry McLawhorn of Belvoir and Carolyn Johnson of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his special four-legged friend.
