He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth William West, Sr. and Eunice Faircloth West; and his brothers, Edward, George and Johnnie.
He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Marie West of Greenville, Debbie West Cobb (Kenny) of Greenville, Ricky Kelvin West (Lynn) of Greenville and Kenneth William West, III of Greenville; his siblings, Betty Anderson of Magnolia, Alice Mims (Berkley) of Hanahan, Linda Gresham of Charleston, Connie Lowrey of Pink Hill, Mitchell West of Pink Hill and Frankie West (Robin) of Dover; his grandchildren, Kensie Ann Cobb, Steven Lee West (Elizabeth), Amanda West Bedingfield (Will), Felicia Nicole West and Kayla Jeanette West; and his great grandchild Carson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to sincerely thank all those who lovingly cared for Kenneth at Snow Hill Assisted Living during his courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease and staff of Community Home Care & Hospice of Kinston.Kenneth will be missed by all of his friends and loved ones.
