He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Warren Perry; his son Ryan Christopher Perry (Ashley) of Creswell, NC; his stepson Jason Wainwright (Laura) of Stokes, NC; his sisters, Carolyn Perry of Hampton, VA and Eleanor Perry of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Delaney Perry, Bailey Wainwright and Connor Wainwright.
The family asks that masks be worn and social distancing be practiced.
