She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou Daniels; her children, Carla Diana Worthington Best of Charlotte, NC, Linda Worthington Mathis (John Mathis), Angela Worthington Copper of Greenville, NC and James Tony Worthington; and her grandchildren, Elgin Hart of Kinston, NC, Marcus Smith, Nakeia Nobels of Greenville, NC and Zykeia Crumity (Fort Worth). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
