She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dewitt Penegar and Addie Fisher Penegar. She is survived by: her spouse Marvin Daniel Davis; and her sisters, Donna Knight (Tommy) of Charlotte, NC, Annette Cowley (David) of Lincolnton, NC and Terri Ross (Steve) of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
