She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberta Stephenson Carroll and William Bryant Carroll, Sr.; her brother Robert Edwin Carroll; and her close friend Sue Powell. She is survived by: her siblings, William Bryant Carroll, Jr. (Allyson) of Tillery and Betty Reed of Asheboro; and her nieces and nephews, Kirsten Reed of Yadkinville, Shannon Reed of Graham, William Bryant Carroll, III (Sharon) of Greenville and Derek Reed (Jennifer) of Wallace.
