It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Straguzzi Carney (Greenville, North Carolina), born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonino Straguzzi and Florence Faiella; her husband John Carney; and her siblings, Joseph Straguzzi, James Ayres, Patrick Straguzzi, Philip Laporte, Marion Ficalora VanWart and Virginia Straguzzi.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill James; her son-in-law Charles (Chuck); her grandson John; and also Yogi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
