He is survived by: his parents, Hilda Foy Barbee and James M Campbell (Patricia Campbell); his brother James M Campbell Jr.; and his stepsister Wendi Terrell Stempkowski (Larry) of Altamonte Springs, FL. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
