He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Perry and Carrie Perry; and his son John Albert "Al" Perry, III. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Perry; his daughter Kimberly Wilson (Donnie) of Greenville; his granddaughter Hannah Kay Wilson of Wilmington; and his siblings, Joyce Keel of Alabama, Carolyn Dennis (Bobby) of Ayden and Benny Perry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
