He is survived by: his girlfriend Eleanor Barrett; and his siblings, Jimmie Dixon, Mark Dixon (Barbara), Curtis Dixon (Jackie), Lester Dixon (Hattie), Linda Richardson (Walter), Annie Dickens (Gary), Cardonia Dixon, Alice Dixon, Mary Bridges (Paul), Sophia Dixon Crandell and Melissa Freeman (Terry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Philippi Church of Christ (3760 Philippi Dr, Greenville, NC 27858).
