He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Harrell; his children, Robin Elaine Wyrick (Bert) of Farmville, Lori Jeane Harrell (Thomas Harris) of Greenville and John Steven Harrell of Greenville; and his siblings, Linda Cayton of Bethel, Letha Moore of Falkland and Edward "Buddy" Harrell, Jr. of Stokes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
