He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fowler and Harriett Jones Fowler; and his siblings, Joyce Fowler and Ray Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Julie P. Fowler; his daughter Angie Holland (Patrick); his brother Donald Fowler (Lynne); his grandchildren, Amber, Nicholas, Matthew and Lyla; and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Avery, Tim Bailey, Eva Brantley and Crystal Gorham.
