He is survived by: his grandfather Joe; his wife Matilda "Tillie" Cullipher; his children, Donna Cullipher Goff and Jerry Cullipher; his grandchildren, Chelsea McGowen, Morgan McGowen, Joseph Cullipher, Bridgette Cullipher, Joshua Goff and Caroline Goff; and his brother William Thomas Cullipher (Ruby) of New Bern. He is also survived by husband, father.
