She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood Bell Ipock and Arlettie H. Riggs; her brother Larry Ipock; her father-in-law Leon Fornes; her sister-in-law Darlene Ipock; and her grandson Nathan Fornes.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Fornes; her daughters, Paula Ange (Todd) and Melissa House (Blake); her grandchildren, Sarah Ange, Hannah Ange, Thomas Ange, Eva Ange and Cora House; her stepfather H. B. Riggs (Shelby); her mother-in-law Muriel Fornes; her siblings, L. B. Ipock (Mary), Donald Ipock (Lori), Bruce "Jeff" Ipock (Tootsie), Michael Ipock, Patsy Heath (Roger) and Teresa Hagan (Leonard); and her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Foy (Mike), Vickie Eason and Susan Ipock. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
